The consulting services is a component of the project Angat Water Utilization and Aqueduct Improvement Project Phase 2 (AWUAIP P2) which consist of the ff:

- Construction of BNAQ-6 (Phase 2), about 9.9 km. of 3.3 m. diameter steel aqueduct and 3.70 m. diameter concrete lined tunnels;

- Rehabilitation of Aqueduct 5 (5.5 km); and

- Construction of the interconnecting structures for Aqueduct 1, 2, 3, 4 to AQ-5 and AQ-6
